1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Made-to-order or limited edition items may require additional processing time; this will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even for returned items.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • For lost packages, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
